We keep a record of our employees’ sick leave and injuries, and have a program to follow-up absentees, as required by Norwegian law. We aim to keep sick leave below the average industry level.

In 2023, we had a sickness absence rate of 3.6%, which exceeded our target of 3.5% but was well below the industry average in Norway (5.9%). We engage in local communities as they are important to our employees and the company.
